• All tours are private and exclusively designed for the client.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit.
• Tour schedules and itineraries may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, museum closures, or force majeure.
• Entrance tickets are included when specified in the tour description.
• Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point or hotel lobby.
• Transportation services are provided only if confirmed at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date: full refund.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour: non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Exclusive concierge services may be subject to specific cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking.
